In this class, Bradley K. Richardson P.C. will discuss what a “mobile home” means as defined by South Carolina law. You will learn how the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles plays a part in the detitling process to ensure a successful closing. You will be guided with what questions to ask and how to face some reoccurring issues. 

No Show Policy

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
