Have you planned for the future? This course will provide a basic understanding of signing authorities that cannot sign for themselves, as well as explore the various legal frameworks that govern the estates of deceased landowners. You will be provided with insight into some of the wide varieties of estate planning tools and documents that you may encounter in dealing with minor, incapacitated, and deceased individuals.

No Show Policy

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
