Class Description: This newly updated course focuses on the required forms from LLR as well as the listing and buyer agency agreements from SCR. A complete review of SCR Form 310-residential sales agreement and associated forms and addenda is undertaken.
No Show Policy
Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee.
