Class Description:
This newly updated course focuses on the required forms from LLR as well as the listing and buyer agency agreements from SCR. A complete review of SCR Form 310-residential sales agreement and associated forms and addenda is undertaken.
No Show Policy
Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability.
